Weight-Loss Smoothies: Spinach and Avocado Half an avocado per serving makes this smoothie totally worthy as a meal replacement. To make it even more filling (and flavorful) add peanut butter. Makes 2 servings 1 avocado, pitted 1 cup fresh spinach 1 large ripe banana 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter 1 cup milk Handful of ice cubes Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed until very smooth.    

Egg & Pure Almond Oil Face Mask For Glowing Skin

Egg is a great source of astringent properties and almond oil is packed with vitamin E. Both these ingredients combined together can help your skin get better in every sense possible and also help it regain its natural glow. How To Prepare: Mix 2 teaspoons of almond oil with an egg and slather it all over your face and neck. Let this glowing and brightening face mask settle in your skin's surface for at least 20 minutes before washing it off with tepid water.

To preserve a blow out, I sleep with my hair in a top knot secured with hair pins to keep the texture and shape. When I wake up, I just let it fall and spruce it up a bit with dry shampoo on my roots and if I need to, I'll refresh it with a blow dryer."
